Kristi Neyens Bathroom Remodel — Marysville

A bathroom with no bathtub in it at all, gutted to the framing and rebuilt over radiant floor heating to carry a 400-pound freestanding cast iron tub. Five weeks, $25,000 range, every finish selected in-house.

The Silver Lake Kitchen

The kitchen we lead with on our homepage — part of a whole-home remodel that ran about a year, and still the room we point at first.

Whole-Home Remodel — Silver Lake

The project that turned KRB Concepts from a hardscapes company into a remodeling company. About a year of work across nearly every room — the kitchen, the bedrooms, a custom stair railing Jason designed and built, the fireplace, the skylights. Years later the house flooded, and the homeowner called us back. We're in it again now.

A Room That Never Had a Tub

Kristi Neyens takes a bath every day. Her bathroom didn't have a bathtub in it.

Our Marysville bathroom remodel is the whole KRB approach compressed into one room — 400 pounds of cast iron set over radiant floor heat that could not be nicked, a budget the client named up front and we hit, and a homeowner who posted about it on her own Facebook page afterward.
